SalonPortal is a brand of Infuse Reviews LLC. This page covers the SalonPortal website and the dashboard shops use to run it.
Who we are
Infuse Reviews LLC provides SalonPortal. The shop that sends you a text or email is the business you visited. We provide the software they use to send it.
Shop accounts
When a shop starts a trial, we collect the owner’s name, email, password, business name, and mailing address so we can create the account and reach them about it. We do not sell that information.
Client texts and email
A client joins a shop’s list from that shop’s website or at the visit. Messages are for that shop: appointment notes, rebook reminders, specials, and similar updates. Every text includes a way to opt out, and email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out stops that shop’s messages.
Reviews and surveys
Review requests go to the client the shop asks us to contact. Surveys are optional. A reward, when the shop offers one, is redeemed with that shop.
How long we keep it
We keep a shop’s account while it is active. After an account closes, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except records we have to keep for tax, payment, or legal reasons.
